Which companies do you ship with, and how soon will my package reach me?
  • For the US, Canada, UK, and Australia: We use UPS Express with an estimated arrival of 1-3 workdays.
  • For Europe, Asia, and other regions: We use UPS Express and TNT/FedEx Express.

Please note, this does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to possible customs delays.

In order to maintain our "free shipping" service, we employ alternative shipping methods for regions including 🌏 Asia, 🌎 South America, 🌍 Africa, and certain 🇪🇺 European countries. As a result, express shipping may not be available for some countries. For more information, please contact us.

Is there any way to get the product faster?

All our products use the "Express Shipping" option for most countries worldwide.

A shipping upgrade is available for some countries in Asia, Africa, South & Central America. Please contact us for details.

Can you deliver to a PO BOX address?
  • While we do deliver to PO Boxes in the 🇺🇸 United States, express shipping is exclusively for physical addresses.
  • Deliveries to PO Boxes are not guaranteed and will be dispatched via a slower shipping method. We strongly recommend contacting us to provide a physical address.
Do you send the package with signature?

Given the nature of our products — gold jewelry, our shipments typically require a signature upon delivery. However, the delivery companies may occasionally drop the package without a signature, which is beyond our control.

Could you cancel signature requirement?

Upon shipping, you'll receive an email from UPS with options to waive the signature requirement, reschedule your delivery, or designate a specific drop-off point for your package.

What if I'm not at the address during delivery?

The shipping companies we partner with will attempt delivery multiple times. If all attempts fail, your package will be dropped at local UPS Access Point. Please note that, we are unable to control & redirect your package after it is out of country. It's beneficial to get in touch with your local transport office for faster resolution.

How can I track my order?
  • Upon dispatch of your order, you'll receive a tracking number from UPS via email.
  • This tracking number allows you to monitor the shipment journey of your order in real-time on the UPS website.
  • With UPS tracking, you can estimate the arrival time of your order and plan accordingly.
  • If any changes need to be made to the delivery (like rescheduling or changing the delivery address), UPS tracking provides options to manage these.
  • In case of any delays or issues during transit, the UPS tracking system provides timely updates.
  • Remember to keep your tracking number safe for easy access to order status and for any potential communications with UPS.
  • In case of your package send with a different shipping company, order tracking steps will be similar.
  • Order tracking is not guaranteed for slower shipping methods.
